Robert Webb
Managing Director
Robert started his career in construction in 1983 as an asphalt and roofing contractor.
Seven years later he started RDF Property Maintenance which, over time has grown
into the multi-disciplined RDF Group. Despite the Company’s growth, Robert retains
an active role overseeing all aspects of the business.
Ross Sandell
Financial Director
Ross had been with RDF since 2002. Reporting directly to Robert, he has overall
control of all financial aspects of the business.
Victoria Tobias
Operations Manager
Victoria has been with RDF since the very beginning in 1991. She was initially employed
to respond to customer enquiries on the Help Desk but she soon progressed to the
position of Office Manager. With the continual growth of the Group, she has recently
taken on the new role of Operations Manager.
